Processing Time

• For all non-custom items, the time needed to fill an order is 2-5 business days
• For any custom orders (i.e. Birth Charts), the processing time is 10-15 business days
• I try my best to meet this estimated processing time but cannot guarantee it. It will depend on how quickly the customer approves the mock and depends upon my printing manufacturer operating at full capacity.

 

Estimated Shipping Times

• All non-custom items are shipped via USPS 
• US: 3-10 business days
• Custom items (i.e. Birth Charts) are shipped via USPS (unframed) or UPS (framed)
• US: 5-7 business days
• Shipping times depend on the USPS/UPS operating at full capacity
• I try my best to meet these estimated processing time but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose

 

Shipping Address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a refund is not guaranteed
